Stage 1 head work includes porting to specs and reshaping the stock valves seats to blend with the port. Dramatically less turbulent flow with short side radius improvements and valve seat matching.

RZR 800 Stage 2 Head Work

Best flowing and performing RZR head on the market.
This kit starts with CNC porting and includes new valve seats to make room for the +2mm oversized valves. Stage 2 provides faster, sharper throttle response and better overall performance. We also throw in a new heavy duty racing valve spring kit for added reliability.

RZR 800 Stage 1 Motor Kit - 80mm

This kit starts with CNC head work matched with +2mm valves. We then supply 80mm pistons, a 1.7 ratio Billet roller rocker arms for more valve lift, and a top end gasket kit. To get the machine breathing better we include our 46mm Billet throttle body with manifold and then supply an EPI adjustable arm clutch kit to get the power to the ground. Head Exchange required.

RZR 800 Stage 2 Motor Kit - 82mm

This kit starts with Stage 2 head work. We then supply 12:1 CP pistons, a 1.7 ratio Billet roller rocker arms for more valve lift, and a top end gasket kit. To get the machine breathing better we include our 46mm Billet throttle body with manifold and then supply an EPI adjustable arm clutch kit to get the power to the ground. We also throw in an oil pressure relief valve. HUGE power gains! Head Exhange required.

RZR 800 Stage 3 Motor Kit - 85mm

This kit starts with Stage 2 CNC head work which includes a billet cam, +2mm valves, and a Kibblewhite heavy duty valve spring kit. We then supply our Billet Cylinder with 85mm CP pistons, Billet roller rocker arms for more valve lift, and a top end gasket kit. Taking advantage of the larger displacement is a 54mm billet throttle body. An EPI adjustable arm clutch kit to get the power to the ground. Head Exhange required.

RZR 800 Stage 4 Motor Kit - 85mm + 4mm Stroker

The ultimate RZR motor kit for those wanting to keep it naturally aspirated.

This kit includes everything in the Stage 3 kit and we add an Crank Works +4mm stroker crankshaft as well as a ARP style stud kit.

RZR 870cc WKR Billet Big Bore Cylinder Kit - 85mm

Huge Bolt-on Performance Gain!

This kit kicks it up to a new billet cylinder with steel sleeves that are punched out to 85.00mm. We then supply new high performance CP pistons, solid lifters, adjustable push rods and a top-end gasket kit. We finish the kit off with an ARP stud kit. Top ends are available for stock stroke, 4mm stroke, and Turbo applications.
