Rhino 686 Kit
!
Bring your Rhino to the 686cc spec with our Big Bore Kit. This kit increases acceleration and, combined with the right clutching, will increase top speed significantly. We bore the cylinder and install a 102mm JE piston, Cometic top end gasket kit, Stage II Cam, Kibblewhite valve spring kit, head porting disassemble and reassemble head, grind valve seats, new valve seals and head bolts.

Rhino 719 Kit

The first stage in the Stroker Kits. This kit adds a 4mm stroker crank to the 102mm top-end kit described above. We bore the cylinder and install a 102mm JE piston, Cometic top end gasket kit, Stage II Cam, Kibblewhite valve spring kit, head porting disassemble and reassemble head, grind valve seats, new valve seals and head bolts.

Rhino 762 Kit

Our 762cc kit is a great kit for the Dunes or Racing applications. This kit includes our White Knuckle Racing 105mm cast cylinder and is fitted with a JE Piston. On the bottom end we machine the cases for clearance on the larger cylinder skirt, install a 4mm stroker crankshaft and button it up with new gaskets and seals. We Port the cylinder head, cut the valve seats for +1mm valves, install the valves & seals, Kibblewhite springs, and Stage 3 camshaft. A Cometic big-bore top-end gasket and new headbolts are installed to ensure reliability. 

Rhino 797 Kit

This kit is the same as the 762 kit with the exception of the crankshaft. We take it a step further and install a +8mm crankshaft and give the top-end the same 105mm treatment.
