This heavy duty RZR valve spring kit is designed to work with the billet camshaft. Provides added durability for those engines that are producing higher horsepower with high RPMs.

RZR 800 Stage 1 Head work

Stage 1 head work includes porting to specs and reshaping the stock valves seats to blend with the port. Dramatically less turbulent flow with short side radius improvements and valve seat matching.

This kit starts with CNC porting and includes new valve seats to make room for the +2mm oversized valves. Stage 2 provides faster, sharper throttle response and better overall performance. We also throw in a new heavy duty racing valve spring kit for added reliability.
