Raptor 700 Cylinder & Sleeve
Available in 105mm, 105.5mm, 108mm, and 110mm. The 105 and 105.5 are the bolt on cylinders of the series.  There is no core charge or cylinder to be sent in for nikasil.  Cylinders are off the shelf nikasiled and ready to go.  They are a complete new cast aluminum cylinder with a nikasil finish ready to bolt on and build horsepower.  The 108mm and 110mm cylinder requires the cases to be split and bored for the larger bore.  These cylinders were designed with two things in mind; performance and reliability. With that in mind we built the 108 cylinder skirt to be the same thickness as a factory 102 cylinder and with a 108mm or 110mm piston the performance is unparalelled!  Cylinders also offered in .250 and .500 taller castings for stroker motors call for availability.

Raptor 700 Cylinder Kit - 105.5mm

This is a bolt on 734cc kit that will keep the "sleeper" look to your Raptor. This kit comes with a JE 105.5mm piston that has a 12.5:1 compression, matching gasket kit, and the cylinder. Choose from standard stroke or stroker piston. The stroker piston has the wrist pin located 2mm higher in the piston.

Offered with a Diamond 110mm piston with only one stroker piston available, the MONSTOR 110mm Raptor kit will make you the King of the Hill and the Strip. Just as with the 105.5 & 108 kits, these cylinders were designed with two things in mind; performance and reliability. With that in mind we built the 110 cylinder skirt to be the same thickness as a factory.
